Meet Bailey Greene!
She is a certified yoga Instructor with a caring passion for modern yoga, mindful moment, and aerobic arts. Bailey was introduced to yoga when she was 18 years old, and immediately fell in love with the practice. One year ago, she began to follow her passion and started teaching full time. She loves instructing hot yoga, acro yoga, and yoga for kids.
“Yoga is important to everyone! We are all constantly practicing it in our everyday lives. As an instructor, my goal is to help others find strength, balance, and flexibility through all walks of life.” Her classes are interactive, challenging, and engaging. Her teaching style focuses on increasing mobility, building endurance, and concentrated breath work. These classes will be accessible to all levels, with an emphasis on heightening our mind-body awareness.
