What is HOT yoga?
Simply put, hot yoga is practiced in a heated room.

Is HOT yoga clean and safe?
Why is the yoga studio heated and will this make it more challenging?
There are so many benefits to practicing yoga in a heated environment! Safely stretch your body, enjoy better quality sleep, tone your muscles, relax your mind – the list goes on!
The heat will definitely add an extra layer of challenge to your practice – remember to listen to your body and take breaks when you need! It’s not a competition.

Is HOT yoga a cardiovascular workout?
- You will find every class challenging no matter what style. All th postures combine flexibility, strength, and balance to work the entire body. Your heart rate will go up! With dedication and commitment many people have seen weight loss muscle tone and strength.
- How should I prepare for a HOT yoga class?
- Bring water! Be sure to hydrate before and after class
- Wear clothes you can sweat and move in (no underwear or bathing suits)
- Avoid eating 2 hours before class to maximize blood flow
- Arrive early to allow time for parking & check-in – check out our social distancing measures here. Late entry will not be permitted.

What class should I take?
We have a variety of class offerings to suit your specific yoga needs. All of our classes are all-levels, and we encourage you to try them to see what works best for you and your body! Let the teacher know of any injuries before class so they can provide modifications.
What if I’m not flexible?
You are in the right place! The heat will help open up your muscles so you can stretch safely and prevent injury.
When can I expect to see progress in my yoga practice?
Most people notice some changes even after their very first practice. Remember that every body is different, and your yoga journey is just as unique as you are! The more you practice, the more benefits you will see.
How often should I practice?
Practice as often as you’d like! Just be sure to take care of yourself by drinking plenty of water, listening to your body, and taking rest days when you need to!
The classes are too hot, what do I do?
You are not alone! Know that it can take 3-7 classes (or even more) for your body to acclimate to the heat. It is completely normal and okay to be a little overwhelmed during your first class! Be kind to yourself: listen to your body, rest when you need to, and try to stay in the room. The more you practice, the stronger you get.
What if I am not able to do the whole class?
That’s okay! We encourage you to listen to your body and take breaks when you need to. Know that every day is different, and you’ll feel stronger on some and less on others. Remember that yoga is a practice – so you’ve won just by showing up on your mat!
Do I need to bring a mat and towel?
Mats & towels are available for rent, otherwise you can bring your own!
What if I arrive late for class?
Our class schedule is very extensive and usually there is another class within 30 minutes if you show up late. Latecomers will not be let into class, no exceptions.
Do you have showers?
Yes! Bring your own towel or you can rent one.
How do I reserve my first class?
Once you create your profile through our website or mobile app, you’ll be able to purchase $10 welcome week (7 days of unlimited yoga) to check out all of our classes!
I’m nervous about my first time taking yoga class. Do you offer private classes?
It’s completely normal to be nervous your first time taking a yoga class — we do offer private lessons if you prefer that. Please email [email protected] to schedule.
Will the HOT yoga studio be sanitized between classes?
Yes. The studio is equipped with hand sanitizer and wipes.
Is a mask required?
